Unit holders of the HBL Islamic Money Market Fund (HBL IMMF) are hereby notified that the Management Company have made certain amendments in the Offering Document of HBL IMMF.

The aforementioned amendments have been made via 15th Supplement Offering Document of HBL IMMF with Trustee and Shariah Advisor consents.

The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.

These changes would be effective from February 1st, 2021.
